“I specifically wanted to leave a review because Taylor was exceptional. She was so patient and professional while helping me through a complicated booking issue over the phone. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before ending the call even though it took a good while. I hope her hard work is recognized by management because employees like her make a huge difference in people’s experiences, and she represented the company amazingly!”

“Edit: The manager, Eric, contacted us the next day and apologized, switching us to a new room which was actually bigger and on the opposite side. It is so much quieter over here; I'm really enjoying this room. I haven't even heard one person walking down the hallway on the 6th floor, so I'm really enjoying that too! The room was clean, but I did purchase some cleaning supplies to give it a deep clean; I'm a little OCD. The only thing I could complain about is the office chair could be replaced, but I cleaned it up a little. I always believe in leaving things cleaner than you found them. Housekeeping is really friendly too, and they are happy to get any supplies for the room I need. Thank you, Eric, for taking care of us! My husband and I are here for a couple of weeks, so I'm a little more picky because I'm here all day for the most part. My husband has a medical class he's taking. The room is nice, but a little smaller than expected compared to other Hamptons we've stayed at—not too big of a deal. I loved the lady at check-in; she was super friendly! The hot tub and pool were great. The downfall of this room is that the freeway noise is very loud! I had a very hard time sleeping. I don't know if one of the window seals, or whatever you call it, is broken. You can tell by the moisture between the window panes, and it's not pretty to look at. I called down to ask to switch rooms to the opposite side, and the lady at the front desk said that there was only one room available, and it was on the first floor. We always try to get the highest floor so we don't have people stomping around on top of us. I probably would have happily taken any floor but not the first floor. The room, at first glance, looks really nice and clean, but the next day with the light shining, I saw fingerprints on all the drawers, dirty handles, and around the sink. I'll add some pictures, but I can't get the pictures of the drawers to pick up the fingerprints. I forgot to add that breakfast was really nice, so that was a plus.”

“While visiting the Cleveland Ohio area for a Parker hose product training My husband and I stayed at this Hampton inn. The people at this inn we're very helpful and so polite. Anything we asked of them, they jumped on it and did their best to assist us. And everyone was super friendly, including the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff and especially the front desk staff, which includes a really nice gentleman, at the front desk, that greeted us at 1:30 in the morning when we first got in. And their morning breakfasts were amazing. Overall I think this is probably one of the best stays we have had in a very long time. I would come back to this specific hotel again and again and again.”

“It was a very nice experience. The rooms were clean. It wasn’t too loud and even though it was parties happening all around me, they kept the noise level down. The only weird thing was the complementary water when you first come in, Who served lime in lemon water without mint leaves it just compliments it. It goes hand and hand, but other than that, everything was perfect..”
